The research aimed to understand the financial credits received and the savings made, as well as the dividends obtained (interest and fines). Additionally, it analyzed the possession of durable goods by group members and the volume of investments in economic activities (both agricultural and non-agricultural). The study also assessed the impact of these factors on the social well-being of participants, with a focus on health, housing, education, and food security within households. Information was collected through direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires administered to association members. Approximately 70 members belonging to the two associations targeted for the study were surveyed: 25 from the September 25 Association and the United Association. The results indicated that the existence of savings and credit groups in Marracuene led to improved sales for all members, as well as encouraging housing improvements and food acquisition to ensure family food security. These groups also provided access to electricity and clean water, meeting the basic needs of participants. In summary, the hypothesis that the creation of these groups positively impacts the horticulture chain and socio-economic components was confirmed.
Marisa Iva Abrao Malate GOBEIA Efraime da Graca Armando GOBEIA Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 1 22 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.99 SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE (DIB) AND MILITARY LOGISTICS https://new.journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/102
This article examines the strategic interrelations between the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and military logistics, emphasizing their critical role in ensuring technological sovereignty, strategic autonomy, and the operational readiness of Brazil’s Armed Forces. Drawing on a critical literature review and empirical cases, it discusses the structural challenges faced by the Brazilian DIB, including deindustrialization, technological dependence, and fiscal constraints imposed by neoliberal policies. The paper further explores the importance of innovation, regional cooperation, and public-private integration as key drivers for strengthening national deterrence capabilities. In conclusion, it presents policy recommendations aimed at linking defense strategy to reindustrialization and scientific-technological development, inspired by international experiences and current geopolitical dynamics.
Rodrigo Loureiro MEDEIROS Darc Antonio da Luz COSTA Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 23 35 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.102 PROPOSAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A QUALITY CONTROL METHOD IN A JUNIOR ENTERPRISE https://new.journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/101
This article aims to propose and validate the implementation of a quality control method in a Junior Enterprise. The method aims to improve the processes and the efficiency of the company. The methodological framework adopted for this study was classified as a case study. To achieve the proposed objectives, the following steps were followed: diagnosis and identification of the macroprocesses existing in the junior enterprise; description of the main characteristics of the junior enterprise; design of the quality control model to be applied, based on concepts and tools recognized in the literature; structuring of the implementation model of the method, containing the steps, the resources, the deadlines and the evaluation indicators; and simulation of the quality control model in a real problem, which involved the participation of 16 members. As an indicator to verify the effectiveness of the tool developed, a questionnaire based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) was applied after the simulation, which obtained the result of “Promoter” customer and 100% approval rate. The proposal of this work is to contribute to the improvement of the processes and the guarantee of the quality of the services offered by the Junior Enterprise, as well as to the development of professional and academic skills of the undergraduate students. The implementation of the quality control method will enable a more efficient management, reduction of errors and rework, increase of customer satisfaction and strengthening of the company’s reputation in the market.
Laísa Guimarães DAFFINI Cintia Tavares do CARMO Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 36 73 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.101 MORAL DISENGAGEMENT IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE https://new.journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/104
This article aims to analyze, through a narrative literature review, the phenomenon of moral disengagement in the Brazilian public service, based on the theory proposed by Albert Bandura and contemporary national and international studies. The investigation focuses on understanding the cognitive and organizational mechanisms that allow public agents to adopt unethical behaviors without experiencing conflict with their internalized moral principles. The study is structured into five analytical axes: (1) theoretical foundations of moral disengagement; (2) cognitive mechanisms in the public context; (3) institutional culture and ethical permissiveness; (4) consequences for public administration; and (5) strategies for ethical reconstruction and accountability. The results reveal that moral disengagement, although individual in origin, is largely reinforced by permissive organizational environments, hierarchical cultures, and institutional silences that normalize unethical practices. As practical implications, the study highlights the importance of continuous ethical training policies, effective accountability mechanisms, and the strengthening of organizational cultures committed to public integrity. Finally, the need for future empirical studies exploring the incidence and effects of moral disengagement in specific institutional contexts is emphasized.
Luiz Henrique Lima FARIA Rodrigo Loureiro MEDEIROS Rafael Buback TEIXEIRA Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 74 88 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.104 INTERACTIVE DASHBOARDS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY https://new.journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/106
This article presents the implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) system within the Training and Psychosocial Support Division (GFAP) of the Municipal Department of Urban Security in Vitória, Brazil. The objective is to enhance data collection, analysis, and management. The research identified inefficiencies in previous methods, which relied on manual records, unstructured spreadsheets, and scattered data across e-mails. The methodology involved analyzing these practices and developing an interactive dashboard using Google Looker Studio to consolidate information and provide real-time metrics. The system was structured to meet the needs of different management levels, offering an integrated view of activities such as community awareness campaigns, psychosocial support services, and emergency monitoring. The results indicated substantial improvements in administrative efficiency, supporting more evidence-based decision-making, pattern recognition, trend analysis, and better resource allocation. Additionally, the tool improved transparency, collaboration among teams, and the responsiveness of the division. The study concludes that implementing BI modernized GFAP’s internal processes and highlighted the potential of technology to improve public management. It recommends expanding the solution to other municipal departments and incorporating complementary technologies, such as predictive analytics, to maximize positive impacts on public safety planning and management.
Rodrigo Pereira COSTA Daniela Da Gama e Silva Volpe Moreira de MORAES Tiago José Menezes GONÇALVES Guilherme GUILHERMINO NETO Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 89 116 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.106 INVENTORY MANAGEMENT WITH ABC CURVE AND MRP IN A SMALL FOOD RETAIL COMPANY https://new.journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/103
This article presents a case study on inventory management in a small food retail company located in Espírito Santo, Brazil, which, following the Covid-19 pandemic, began to sell perishable products and consequently faced new challenges related to demand volatility, item perishability, and limited working capital. The applied research used data from the year 2024 and employed classical tools such as the ABC Curve to identify the most relevant products, and the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to plan and control replenishment needs. The results indicated that the integrated application of these tools enabled more accurate estimations of reorder points and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as the implementation of a more efficient purchasing policy, with the potential to reduce the average inventory volume of high-impact items by up to 40%. Despite the expected gains in operational and financial efficiency, the study recognizes limitations, such as the short historical data series and the absence of consolidated financial indicators, and suggests that future research should deepen the analysis of the economic impact of the adopted practices, including the use of predictive models and performance indicators such as inventory turnover, contribution margin, and return on invested capital.
Luiz Fernando Valim RODRIGUES FILHO Rodrigo Loureiro MEDEIROS Luiz Henrique Lima FARIA Pedro Matos da SILVA Copyright (c) 2025 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-07-24 2025-07-24 1 1 117 123 10.47682/2675-6552.v1i1.103
